Darius Talks New Music with Radio.com

Darius talked with Radio.com earlier this September and gave some insight on his new music. “Homegrown Honey” is his latest single off his fourth solo album, and it's a step out of the box. “This song was so much fun. It’s a guy I’m not anymore, but we can sing about it anyway.”

Before his new solo country album is released in early 2015, Darius will have everyone ready for the holidays with “Home For The Holidays,” to be released on October 27. “We wanted to make a Bing Crosby, Johnny Mathis record,” Darius enlightened Radio.com. “We wanted to make a really cool, traditional kind of record.”

Included on the album along with Christmas classics such as “I’ll Be Home For Christmas,” and “O Come, All Ye Faithful” are some Darius originals like “Candy Cane Christmas” and “What God Wants For Christmas,”and songs with exciting guests such as his children singing along on “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch” and Sheryl Crow accompanying Darius on “Baby, It’s Cold Outside.”
