In light of the devastating floods in Nashville, Tennessee, Darius Rucker is asking his friends and fans to keep Nashville in their thoughts and to help in any way that they can. Rucker himself joined Vince Gill, Keith Urban, Julie Roberts, Chuck Wicks, and more at the WSMV telethon on Thursday night in Nashville and helped raise over $1.7 million for the Nashville Red Cross. You can see footage from the telethon here.
In addition, Rucker visited with ABC’s Good Morning America’s Yunji De Nies and described how the floods have affected the musicians in Music City stating, “At the end of all this, Nashville is going to be stronger than it was before.”
